Zhenobya hair wash soap

In addition to olive and laurel oil, the soap contains other cold-pressed oils - from bitter almond, black cumin, sesame, chamomile and miracle tree (castor) - and propolis. It is recommended for oily hair and at the same time can be used well for the whole body.
After the first washes, the hair may appear stringy or shaggy, but this should go away after a few weeks. During the transition period helps a vinegar rinse after shampooing.

Aleppo, the biblical Helbon located in present-day Syria, is the Arab birthplace of the art of making fine soaps from vegetable oils. However, of the soap boiling factories that still exist today in and around Aleppo, only a few still produce their products in that ancient artisanal process of multiple boiling "on new water", which is completed by the boiling master in a "tasting" to test the finished, "salted out" soap.

From one of these traditional farms come our Aleppo soaps. They are made on a purely vegetable basis. Their basis is olive oil from first cold pressing, which is mixed in large cauldrons with soda ash dissolved in water and saponified at 200 °C. After cooling, dehydration and initial drying, the raw soap can be cut into cubes with a hand cutter and stamped with the company stamp. Finally, the soap bars must rest for at least six months, during which time they lose much of their weight and their olive-green surface changes to the typical ochre-yellow hue, while the interior remains olive-green. The skin-friendly soaps are equally suitable for the care of hands, body and face.
