Women's sweater structure

This Lanius sweater is made from pure, certified organic cotton and is kind to the skin and temperature-regulating. This makes it an ideal companion for the transitional season, which looks particularly good with jeans. The melange yarns used give the knitwear a striking look. Another lovely detail: the sleeves are worked in an airy perforated knit pattern on the forearm. Rib-knitted cuffs finish off the sleeves and body.

The work of fashion label Lanius is influenced by three factors: first, a style characterised by sophisticated designs and forms, secondly the use of certified raw materials and thirdly the guarantee that all garments have been produced under fair working conditions. Depending on the garment, one factor may get centre stage, but the other factors don’t move out of the focus – however, importance is always attached to outstanding quality both in terms of materials and finish. The label was founded in 1999 by Claudia Lanius, who works on all her ideas and designs in her Cologne studio; she has them developed by her team and then assembled by producers in several countries.
