Vietnamese coffee filter stainless steel

Vietnam is now the second largest coffee producer in the world after Brazil. The Vietnamese prepare their own full-bodied coffee in a special filter and traditionally enjoy the strong drink with a big gulp of thick sweetened condensed milk, either warm or as a dessert chilled on ice cubes. We offer such a Vietnamese filter here. Its raw parts actually come from the country, but the final production - i.e. the punching, shaping and clean deburring of all stainless steel parts - takes place in Germany at a manufacturer of outdoor products in the Eifel region. The principle is simple and, above all, suitable for use on the move: The round filter is first placed on a drinking vessel that fits in diameter, and the filter chamber is placed on top of it. This is filled with coffee grounds (rather coarsely ground, about two tablespoons) and the supplied press lightly pressed. Then a little hot water is poured into the filter chamber to allow the coffee grounds to swell for a short time, and then the water is poured in. If you put the lid on the cup last, the drink does not cool down so quickly, while the coffee still runs through.
