A poultry shears can be recognized by the fact that one of the two cutting blades is worked on a part of the length with small teeth. This has the advantage that the scissors do not slip off the food and yet cut clean and smooth even larger parts of the poultry .

The place of their origin, the town of Premana, located in the Valvarrone Valley, is a centre of the Italian cutlery industry. The supplier of our poultry shears has specialized in the production of kitchen scissors. The family business – it exists since the year 1947 – processes stainless steel, which is still polished by hand.
