Urea serum

A light foot care serum containing eleven valuable care ingredients. The high proportion of urea (urea) increases the skin's ability to absorb water. The horny layer of healthy skin itself contains around seven percent urea. In dry skin, this proportion is reduced by up to 50 percent, which can cause the skin's protective barrier to become permeable. Dry skin then becomes brittle, rough and cracked, especially on the heels. More calluses form and the elasticity of the skin decreases even more. Pressure and friction can also stimulate the formation of calluses: The more often and more intensively attempts are made to remove the callus, the more the body produces it again. To avoid this cycle, it is worth taking gentle care of your feet to help maintain the skin's protective acid mantle. This is because an intact skin barrier also keeps the moisture and oil content in a natural balance. In addition to urea, the foot serum contains callus-dissolving salicylic acid and lactic acid. Glycerine binds moisture, almond oil cares for and nourishes the skin and juniper oil lends a subtle, pleasantly fresh and spicy fragrance.

Urea foot care is a light but rich serum that is absorbed very quickly: Basically, you can put on your socks straight after application - this removes the biggest obstacle to regular foot care: no waiting, no stains, no creamed hands, as the serum is simply applied using a pad. To keep feet supple, it is sufficient to apply a thin layer of urea serum every two days. If calluses have already formed, the serum should be applied in the morning and evening, or in between if the skin is cracked. Moisten the nail bed of the toes with the urea serum too: the nails can grow more evenly in a soft environment. And be patient, the thicker the callus and the more cracked it is, the longer it will take. You should therefore last at least one to two months. If you apply the serum twice a day, it will last for about a month.
