Mild strength. With fruit and spice
This mild blend of Trinci is 100% Arabica beans of first provenance. It combines Huehuetenango highland coffee (Slow Food Presidium) from Guatemala, Brazilian coffee from the Sul de Minas region, famous for its Arabica beans, Kenya AA, a highland coffee that grows at over 2.000 meters above sea level and considered one of the best coffees in the world, and coffee from Beneficio Santa Rosa, a dedicated company committed to high-quality Honduran coffee beans.
Here, the African coffee provides the fruitiness, while the Central and Latin American coffees give the chocolaty spice. Moreover, the rather light roast does not rob the beans of their interesting acidity. In the cup, the "Trinci 100% Arabica mild" is therefore tangy, with juicy acidity, very mild sweetness and fine bitterness. Aromas include dried plum, peach, chocolate, walnut and dark roasted almond, as well as spicy notes of mace and thyme.
In pure espresso, by the way, the fruitiness of the blend is expressed particularly well, while it tends to fade into the background in milk-dominated preparations and gives the chocolatey spice greater space.

Roasting coffee the way Andrea Trinci does is by no means a simple undertaking, but a precision craft. He gently roasts the beans in a modern machine with state-of-the-art technology - a Giesen coffee roaster, a model that is highly regarded in the industry. Trinci's roasts follow the style of the Italian coffee tradition in an exemplary manner, while at the same time preserving the tradition of the family business founded in 1939.
