They are made from the firm, hard-wearing wool of Tyrolean stone sheep, one of the oldest sheep breeds of all. Gottstein processes them unbleached and undyed. A stopper sole with rubber nubs ensures that the wearer or wearer always have a good grip, even on the polished parquet floor of a hotel room.

The slippers, precisely shaped to the anatomy of the human foot, feature upper parts made from felt and, depending on the model, a sole made of leather or natural latex. Gottstein chooses rich leather that becomes even more beautiful when worn. Natural latex, easy to shape and very durable, is elastic and water-repellent, yet breathable.
