... and you are already in the middle of the game! Laniakea demands strategic skill from you if you want to be the first to gather your game pieces on the opposite side. Turtle tiles scattered across the board define which path you may take. You have already understood the principle on the beach: Don't step on the turtles! To prevent this, you may even pile up to three tiles on top of each other. To make the game more refined, you are allowed to move the turtle tiles in a certain way after each of your moves. Previously passable paths are blocked at once - and suddenly make it more difficult for your fellow player to make the next move. Is your strategy successful? Did your stacked tiles give you an advantage? Or did you put stones, pardon: turtles, in your own way and now have to hop over hot sand?

With Laniakea, you can measure your tactical skills against each other and train them for many rounds of play - as soon as you have inspired all family members and friends, even across generations. Because this version of the strategy game is made of high quality: The game board is made of the solid wood of beech, cut to fit precisely and sanded velvety smooth, and the game pieces are made of maple wood. Already the haptic experience provides great pleasure.
