Stainless steel grater etched

The grating holes of this handy stainless steel grater have been cut out of the steel using a high-precision process and not, as in cheaper graters, simply punched out. This gives them a much better cutting edge and avoids untidy scraping – particularly important when you grate lemon peel, where you want the morsels to be clearly cut so they can give off their fine aroma later while baking and not in the grater!
