Soap gift set with soap dish

The set contains a soap dish made of white porcelain and three soaps in the typical lavishly colorful packaging that most Claus Porto care soaps come in. Their design is based on finds in the Claus Porto archive - the Art Deco and Art Nouveau design is said to have been created by Ferdinand Porto himself. The soap dish comes from a long-established porcelain manufactory, which produces it exclusively for Claus Porto in this classic Portuguese design. The soaps owe their fragrance to pure essential oils and the nourishing component to nourishing, moisturizing shea butter.

Banho - Citron Verbena. The soap refreshes with the clear scent of lemon verbena. Favorito - Red Poppy. The scent of this soap is inspired by the lush poppy fields of Portugal: lavender and poppy provide the floral notes, along with aldehyde and patchouli, while musk and tonka bean round off the base. Voga - Acacia Tuberose. Acacia blossom and tuberose give the soap a delicate floral-aromatic fragrance.

The company history of Claus Porto dates back to 1887, when the German emigrants Ferdinand Claus and Georges Ph. Schweder began producing the finest soaps for the gentlemen of the aristocracy in Porto. When they left the country in 1918, their Portuguese partner Achilles de Brito initially founded his own company with his brother Afonso, but shortly afterwards also took over the production facilities (and the name) of Claus Porto. Claus Porto bath soaps are characterized by a pleasant fragrance, which they owe to natural essential oils from the south of France. They also contain nourishing oils that keep the skin supple. The exclusively natural ingredients are ground seven times in succession on stone rollers, whereby they mix optimally - the scent of the soap becomes more intense and the lather creamier. The soaps pressed on old stamps are then stored in the air for three weeks - without any artificial drying processes. Since around 1920, masculine soaps and shaving products have also been produced under the Musgo Real brand name, which also enjoy an outstanding reputation.
