It all began in 1985 with a family of mice. If the variety of Senger animal dolls has grown to include rabbit, bear, goose, giraffe, zebra, hedgehog and many others, Volker and Sabine Senger have remained true to their initial conviction to this day: they produce toys that are well-made and long-lasting. The Senger animal dolls are all handmade in Germany. The owners of the plush animal manufactory based in the Lower Franconian municipality of Obersinn also attach great importance to the use of environmentally friendly materials without chemical additives and harmful substances: for the plush fur of the animals woven in Upper Franconia, for example, certified organic cotton is used without exception. The Senger manufactory has already received many awards for this ecological commitment.
