Sauna honey cream

You can give your skin a special form of care with this sauna honey cream: It works best in a warm sauna, while at the same time protecting your skin from the heat without impairing your skin's ability to breathe. However, the cream is also ideal for use outside the sauna. Due to its firm consistency, it is somewhat more difficult to apply, but in the sauna this has the advantage that the cream hardly drips and all the active ingredients benefit the skin and not the sauna towel. The sauna honey cream is - not surprisingly - made in the land of sauna-goers, from local raw materials such as honey and oats, herbs, berries and other plantnextracts. With a content of 90%, honey forms the basis of the cream, providing the skin with moisture and nutrients such as vitamins B and C as well as trace elements. Depending on the plantnextract added, its ingredients develop their beneficial, nourishing effect. Apply a thin layer of the cream in the warm sauna and rinse off after the sauna session.

The sauna honey cream is produced in the Finnish family business Korpiahon Hunaja. The family has owned the farm in Nilsiä, where everything now revolves around beekeeping and honey, since 1936. In addition to various types of honey, natural cosmetics have also been produced there from regional, uncontaminated raw materials since the late 1980s. The commitment to natural farming and quality extends far beyond the farm itself: the farm bees sometimes move to neighboring villages to pollinate the plants there, there is a lively exchange of experience and knowledge with other beekeepers and they help each other out with honey when there is not enough for production.
