Salt sauna infusion

Salt Refresh combines the cleansing properties of salt with the invigorating freshness of peppermint, eucalyptus, tea tree, rosemary and lemon essential oils.

This sauna infusion from Oskari is doubly beneficial because it contains salt as well as various essential oils. We know the beneficial effect of finely atomized salt from the stiff breeze by the sea, but also from graduation towers in (spa) towns where salt used to be extracted. In the graduation towers, the atomization of the brine creates a very fine mist with a high salt content, which, like the salty sea air, has an invigorating and liberating effect. The evaporation of the salt infusion in the sauna also produces such fine aerosols with a high salt content.

Oskari uses so-called pharmaceutical salt for the salt infusion, a particularly pure salt that meets the high quality standards of the pharmaceutical industry. So you can take a deep breath with peace of mind and breathe even better.

Nature provides a wide range of medicinal plants whose effective essences and essential oils have been used by humans for thousands of years. The forms of application are as varied as the plants themselves: as pure essence, tea, ointment or paste. When added to an infusion in the sauna, the essential oils can develop their intense aroma particularly well and have a stimulating or calming effect, depending on the combination of oils. Oskari Berlin only uses pure natural essential oils for its sauna infusions, which are obtained from organically grown plants wherever possible. The fragrance combinations of the individual infusions follow the findings of aromatherapy and thus enhance the beneficial effect of the essential oils.

To use, mix two to five caps of the sauna infusion concentrate with one liter of water, depending on your personal preference. Alternatively, pour a small amount of sauna infusion directly into the water-filled sauna ladle.
