General Information
The slatted frame is an extra-sturdy slatted frame for rolling out.
This solid hardwood, is characterized by exceptional elasticity for this category of wood. Elasticity is necessary to prevent the slats from breaking in various loading situations. The battens are made of knotty, high-quality solid wood and not of laminated wood glued together. Even after decades of load, the springy-firm slats do not lose their stable elasticity.
The slatted frame can be rolled out and consists of slats flexibly connected with each other. The slats are anchored securely and immovably with spacers and chords. This prevents the slats from moving. It is always stable - in any position. Likewise, no assembly is necessary. Fastening (screwing) to the support slats of the bed frame is not necessary. Rather, the slats retain the ability to spring.
The untreated solid wood is additionally breathable. That is, it absorbs moisture well and releases it again. This avoids unpleasant "waterlogging" (triggers mold, mildew stains and mattress odor).
The load capacity is a total of 300 kg or 100 kg per slat.
