Roaster with grill lid Hifficiency®

With this cookware, variety is guaranteed: Whether as an (open) roaster or casserole, baking dish or roasting pan, our roaster with grill lid is extremely versatile. You can prepare the classic St. Martin's goose in it as well as braised meat dishes à la Bœuf Bourguignon, Coq au Vin & Co. But there's also nothing to stop you from putting on a French cassoulet, Italian pasta e fagioli, vegetarian Viennese potato goulash or oven vegetables for an autumnal rustic vegetable soup. The accompanying lid with grill pattern inside is induction-compatible, just like the bottom part, and can also be used separately, for example to grill a good steak, roast and steam vegetables or fish ... In the oven, the lid also makes a formidable casserole dish.

The Hifficiency® roaster also owes its versatility in the kitchen to the material from which it is made. Like copper, aluminum is a fast conductor of heat. Cast in a form as opulent as this, aluminum also has excellent heat storage capacities. A special feature is the continuous non-stick coating made of Duraquarz® (quartz ceramic and polyether ketone), which is applied solvent-free as a powder coating but is not baked on. So with this roaster, you get all the benefits of a non-stick coating - including easier cleaning - but you don't have to worry about any components of it that might be harmful to your health. We only have one request: Be sure to regulate the heat, so don't start on the highest setting. Especially when you use this roaster on the induction stove, it is important not to overheat the coated material, so medium setting is enough. And please remember not to use olive oil for browning. Olive oil will first get too hot very quickly in this roaster, and then it will smoke very quickly.
