General Information
You can recognize enamelware for professional kitchens by the quality of the enamel finish - and by the color combination chosen. Black on the outside, cobalt blue on the inside: this is how pots, pans and roasters for restaurant kitchens have always been made. The company Riess in Austria produces this cookware exclusively for Manufactum.
Three to choose from.
Enameled cooking pots, the smallest with a volume of four liters as a meat and roasting pot, the medium one with a volume of eight liters for potatoes and vegetables, the very large one with a proud volume of 12 liters primarily as a soup pot. Made by Riess in Austria and in the classic color combination.
The matching lid must be ordered separately.
Glass Hard. Pots and Pans from Lower Austria.
Enamelled pots and pans are basically steel utensils coated with silicate glass. The glass-hard surface of enamel is amazing: it is safe for use with food, tasteless, corrosion-resistant, scratch-resistant, heat-resistant, and easy to clean. We offer cooking utensils in a particular colour combination: black on the outside and cobalt blue on the inside. These were the colours once exclusively reserved for cookware and cooking utensils used by professional chefs.
