Well-Rounded Pan.
This shallow round pan is especially good for pizza, quiche or tarte flambée. The results are most convincing: at the edges, the dough will rise well, and the base bakes until crispy.

Baking with Enamelled Moulds by Riess.
These moulded dishes are made of iron (0.7 mm thick) and carefully enamelled (to a thickness of 0.3 mm) both inside and out. The seamless mould makes for better baking results. They also last longer and are more resistant to cuts and scratches. From Austria.
