Riess loaf pan enamel
General Information
Unparalleled: Seamless Baking Tins. Beautifully Enamelled
These are manufactured by Riess of Austria, a company that has been producing enamelled goods since 1922. Today, baking tins are generally made from sheet steel, which is rendered non-stick by using various chemical processes. Our baking tins, however, are crafted from iron, with its unrivalled heat properties, and enamelled all over. They have been made from a single piece of iron, benefiting both the durability and the baking results. The material thickness of these tins is between 1 and 1.3 mm.
Baking with Enamelled Moulds by Riess.
These moulded dishes are made of iron (0.7 mm thick) and carefully enamelled (to a thickness of 0.3 mm) both inside and out. The seamless mould makes for better baking results. They also last longer and are more resistant to cuts and scratches. From Austria.
