Returns
If you do not like one or more items from your order or they do not fit, you can return them to us free of charge within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please fill out the return slip enclosed with your order and let us know your reasons for returning the items. Enclose the slip with your return shipment.
To obtain the return label for shipping, please contact our Customer Service team, quoting your order number. We will send you a label that you can use to return the goods to us free of charge.

Please note that items can only be returned undamaged, complete and in their original packaging.
Yes, you can return items to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt of the goods if they do not fit or you do not like them within the scope of the statutory right of cancelation.

If an item is defective or damaged, we are very sorry. In such a case, please contact our customer service directly, indicating the item and order number, preferably by e-mail, and send a photo of the damaged goods.

Once your returned items have been received and processed, refunds will be made to credit cards and PayPal within 14 days using the same method you used to pay. If you have paid for your order in advance, please contact our Customer Service stating your bank details.
