Recyclable material collection bag from rice bags

Wherever a bag of rice falls over - apart from in slapstick comedies, this has no significant impact. But when discarded rice sacks are completely upcycled into new bags, thereby conserving natural resources, it's not only worth a mention, but also a listing in our range. The collection bag for recyclables made from rice sacks is also extremely robust, so you can use it to transport light plastic waste as well as paper and glass. Different recyclables can be collected in it as required; the bag is specially divided into four equally sized compartments for this purpose so that everything can be pre-sorted.

As part of a fair trade-certified project in Sri Lanka, the dedicated employees transform thoroughly cleaned rice sacks into these large-format collection bags. The material is moisture-repellent - dirt can simply be wiped off - and very durable. Reinforced cross-stitching further increases the tear resistance of the bags - whose maximum load weight is a remarkable 50 kilograms (but please don't put that much weight on your shoulders). The carrying straps are long enough so that you can carry the recycling collection bag comfortably on your shoulder. It can also be used as a shopping bag, for example. With its pattern of clear text bands and colors, it is also visually appealing - surprise effect included: Since the collected rice bags come from different batches and are put together at random, the color and pattern combinations are different for each bag. So you can look forward to seeing which combination you end up with. And when you don't need the bag, it can be folded flat to save space.

Fairness has many dimensions - as demonstrated by the organic cosmetics company Fair Squared and its brands FairZone (with household products) and FairMove (with leisure and sporting goods), which are committed to transparency, social and environmental compatibility, animal welfare and, above all, solidarity with people in disadvantaged regions of the world. This is evidenced by quality marks such as the Fairtrade seal for fairly produced ingredients, the NATRUE seal, which distinguishes natural and organic cosmetics, certificates from the Vegan Society and PeTA, which prove that Fair Squared products are free of animal ingredients and are produced without animal testing, as well as the Halal symbol, which also excludes the alcohol ethanol. The primary goal of Fair Squared is to continuously increase the number of fairly traded ingredients and thus reduce the imbalance in global trade. Trading partners include producers of apricot and almond oil from Pakistan, shea butter from Ghana or rubber from India.
