It almost rolls by itself: ball bearings on each side make the work easier. The device comes from the bakery supply business and fits in baking trays with rims up to 3 cm high. Made from a single piece of beech wood, with painted handles.
Roller length 30 cm, Ø ca. 9 cm, overall length 57 cm. Weight 1.7 kg. Don’t put the rolling pin in the dishwasher.
