Pocket knife Nieto Thuja wood handle

The evergreen Thuja provides the wood for the handle of this strong, yet elegant pocket knife from Spain. Hand-flattering smooth ground, not only the redbraune grain of the heartwood comes here particularly well to advantage. When you hold the knife in your hand, the wood also exudes the typical, pleasant scent of thuja. The spring that reliably holds the three-millimeter stainless Sandvik steel blade in its working position is hidden under an elaborately crafted decorative element on the back of the handle called a guillochage. The back of the blade is worked near the handle with a finger stopper to be able to apply a little more pressure during use if necessary.
