Plancha angle pallet

If you like to grill a lot on the plancha, then you know that things get hot at the plate and speed is usually required when pushing, turning or cutting up the food. With an angled pallet like this one from the Solingen-based quality manufacturer Triangle, you can keep up the pace and prevent meat and sausages, cheese, fish, seafood and vegetables or dessert sweets from sticking to your plancha. This is because the extra-wide blade made of highly polished stainless steel moves with you - that's how flexible it is. Thanks to the thinly ground front edge, it also slides quickly under the food without getting stuck. If, for example, you want to move a piece of meat aside for post-cooking or resting or remove it from the plancha, you can even use the pallet sheet as a base: simply slide it underneath, lift it up, put it down and you're done. The angle of the pallet offers the advantage that the elevated handle keeps the guiding hand at a suitable distance from the heat source at all times (and incidentally, thanks to the angle, you can simply hang your plancha pallet on the outer edge of the grill plate).
