The scent of flowers in the morning air, birds chirping and a view of the countryside - is there a better way to start a working day? Why not simply move your office outside? You're sure to find a suitable spot: on the balcony, under the cherry tree in the garden or on the sun terrace. A study has found that just 20 to 30 minutes in nature is often enough to lower cortisol levels and therefore also blood pressure. And less stress promotes concentration, creativity and productivity. So: take a break from your work every now and then, listen to the sounds of nature, walk barefoot through the meadow and breathe in and out deeply.
