Organic Supernatural Organic, whole bean

The beans for Supernatural Organic come from the Gedeo region in southern Ethiopia. Gedeo is part of the larger (and better known) Sidamo coffee region and produces some of the best coffee in the country. This is not least due to the fact that the region offers ideal climatic conditions for coffee cultivation thanks to its altitude (2,000-2,300 meters above sea level), fertile soil and abundant rainfall. For Supernatural Organic, Man versus Machine combines coffee beans of the Wolisho variety, with its special richness of flavor and complex aromas, with those of the Dega variety, which is known for its mild taste and balanced acidity. The full-bodied Supernatural Organic presents flavors of wild berries and stone fruit.

Based in Munich's Glockenbach district, the coffee manufacturer "Man versus Machine" was founded in 2014. Since then, the dedicated company has made a name for itself far beyond the city limits. No wonder, because the top priority is the quality of the selected coffees. Man versus Machine" works closely with personally selected coffee farmers all over the world. Only Arabica coffee beans are processed, which are roasted in small batches to ensure that each coffee can develop its full aroma. We offer the coffees from "Man versus Machine" as whole beans and have selected varieties that are equally suitable for preparation as filter coffee and espresso. And if you are ever in Munich: "Man versus Machine" also runs its own coffee bar, where you can experience the art of coffee preparation on site and sample the different types of coffee. By the way: all coffees from "Man versus Machine" can call themselves "specialty coffees". This distinction is awarded at professional cuppings (tastings), where certified coffee tasters, so-called Q-graders, evaluate the coffees visually and sensorially. Coffees with 80 or more points on a 100-point scale can call themselves "Specialty Coffee".
