Organic seed mixture wildflowers

It's not just us humans who enjoy colorful flowers, the insects in our gardens also like to live in a colorful environment. Our native bees, for example, like to fly to yellow and blue flowers. Many butterflies, on the other hand, prefer a flower color that is usually ignored by bees, as their compound eyes can hardly distinguish it from black. And that is? Red! That's why this organic wildflower mix from Samen Maier in Austria contains, for example, the red-flowering Kartäusercarnation. Dyer's chamomile and mullein bloom yellow, and cornflower contributes its characteristic blue. The great thing about wildflowers is that they require little space. You can therefore sow this mixture from April to August in practically any lean, nutrient-poor soil in the sun. Just make sure to keep the soil evenly moist until the seeds emerge. Many of the species contained in this mixture will flower in their first year, and some will even self-seed and reliably reappear the following year.
