Manicure tools made of nickel-plated carbon steel. Particularly sharp
As with knives, manicure instruments made of carbon steel can be hardened and sharpened to a higher degree than those made of stainless steel - and they can be resharpened. This one comes from the Niegeloh company in Solingen, which has over 65 years of experience in the manufacture of instruments for hand and foot care. There, the cutting blades and shanks of the scissors and pliers are all straightened by hand and individually checked for functionality and sharpness. Such reworking results in absolutely fine and smooth cutting edges. Carbon steel is not rustproof; these instruments are therefore given a high-gloss nickel coating for protection. Nevertheless, it is advisable to clean the cutting blades briefly with your thumb after use.

Case made of coarse grained black cow leather inside and outside. Instrument slots and inserts for nail and cuticle scissors are also made of black leather. The nail clippers are secured with an additional press stud. Closes with a magnetic clasp. Contains cuticle scissors, nail scissors and nail clippers made of nickel-plated carbon steel, as well as carbon steel tweezers (length 8 cm), sapphire file, a collapsible metal shoehorn (length 13.5 cm, width 4 cm) and a combined cuticle pusher and cleaner.
