Basically everyone knows them by name, countless stories and legends entwine around them - and yet we often don't even recognize them when they tower directly above us. This nature quartet vividly shows us the characteristics of native deciduous trees: in addition to oak, beech, ash and birch, maple, linden, alder and hornbeam. One card of each ensemble of four is devoted in detail to the habitus (appearance) of one of the trees, its leaf, fruit and bark.
Learning through play. With the nature quartet
Every child knows the rules of the quartet. In this one, the detailed illustrated cards introduce eight species of trees native to our country. The game contains easy-to-understand short descriptions of each species. That's how you know it comes from a publishing house that specializes in plant guides and identification books.
