By the way, the custom of cheerfully giving a kiss under the mistletoe goes back to the Germanic goddess Frigga. According to legend, her son Balder had been killed by an arrow made of mistletoe - and was miraculously brought back to life. Outraged with joy at being saved, Frigga kissed everyone who passed under the tree with the mistletoe ... And if they have not died, they still kiss today.

During her backpacking trip through Nepal, the Dane Gry Staunstrup was immediately captivated by the openness and warmth of the people - and by their craftsmanship. Only pure new wool from New Zealand sheep is used for the felt products - each of which is unique and handmade.
