Entrepreneurial thinking, like any brainwork, requires not only overview, planning and communication, but also functional tools that counter the fleetingness of thought and the mortality of the loose note with the longevity of their processing - a feat that this minute book accomplishes. The inside of the cloth-bound book, thread-stitched in the style of classic business books, offers page after page of a header field: for entering the date, the occasion for the conversation, the participants and, if necessary, a sequential numbering, as well as a framed main field with checkered rulings, in which the actual notes of the conversation are to be entered. In order to be able to exchange the information or store it elsewhere, the pages are perforated - in this case in the form of a strong tear line, which allows the clean separation of the individual pages for the purpose of passing on or filing the transcripts and notes.
