They are much easier and safer to operate than open razors but sharper and, factoring in blade costs, more economical than multi-blade razors.

The “Futur” features both: a finely adjustable blade control and lather slot. The handle length (9 cm) makes for safe, well-balanced guidance. Brass, zinc die-cast, and steel with a matt-chromed finish.
