Men's linen shorts herringbone

The light, summery fabric of these shorts is made from pure, organically grown linen. Linen is the material of choice for such shorts because it is hard-wearing, dirt-resistant, kind to the skin and cooling. The shorts have a loose cut, allowing freedom of movement and comfort. They are fastened with a zipper and button, and there is a drawstring in the waistband that is invisible from the outside. The waistband itself is elasticated, which makes them more comfortable to wear. Two side pockets and two inset back pockets can hold small items for everyday use.

Back in 1969, Jørgen Mørup and his father founded a small textile company in the Danish town of Herning and already started to focus on the subject of sustainability. Today, Knowledge Cotton Apparel stands for casual, sporty menswear, usually made from GOTS-certified organic cotton or "Happy Sheep Wool". The label also works with recycled PET bottles, which it shreds, melts down and spins into yarn to make a durable, water-repellent fabric for jackets.
