In terms of shape, this is a classic Chelsea boot: over-ankle high and with rubber inserts on the sides, which ensure good closure at the ankle and give the shoe elasticity and comfort. Even after hours of wear, it sits comfortably, a benefit to which the soft calfskin lining also contributes. The stitched-through British-made Dainite sole, a mostly smooth sole with a few flat round studs, makes the shoe slip and weather resistant in moderation without compromising its elegant appearance.
