Men glove goatskin

Goatskin has properties that make it an excellent glove leather. It is windproof, strong and has a very dense fiber structure, which makes it robust. At the same time, it is lightweight, incomparably soft and supple. TR combines it with a lining of fine cashmere knit in this men's glove. The manufacturer calls the color of the leather Stone, which corresponds well to the characterful, cloudy look.

Quality craftsmanship is the top priority at Thomas Riemer, TR, for short. The Austrian company has its gloves designed in Vienna and sewn in Hungary. At the company’s manufacturing site work roundabout twenty glove makers, some of whom have 40 years of experience using old special machines and tools. The processed leathers come from tanneries in Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Finland and France. For each pair of gloves, they soak the leathers in water, stretch them over the edge of a table and finally cut them to size. The experience and feeling of the tailors are decisive for the fit and appearance of the resulting glove. The sewists, who sew the cut parts together in the next step, work freehand and without any preliminary drawing or stitch marking – a task that demands the highest precision. Even an experienced sewist cannot make more than a maximum of three pairs of such hand-sewn gloves a day. You notice the difference when you wear them: TR gloves only stretch in width, not in length – and they gently adapt to the shape of the wearer’s hands.
