Men docker cap

Once the dockers cap was a headgear of fishermen and dockers working on the docks. Its shape is also oriented to their requirements: The cap lies close to the head, which prevents it from flying away even in stronger winds. At the same time, it protects the head from sun and precipitation. Due to these advantages, the docker cap has long since become a fashionable accessory in urban environments as well. This one comes with an outer material made of characterful structured cotton fabric, which gives it a light "used look".

When Leonhard Mayser opened his "Hutmacherey" in Ulm in 1800, he could hardly have imagined that Mayser hats would one day become a global brand, with an annual production of 3.5 million pieces in 1963, a record year (unsurpassed to date). Today, the production figures are far lower, but Mayser can still call itself a global brand with sales markets in 44 countries. The secret to the success of the company based in Lindenberg in the Allgäu, the former "Little Paris" of hat fashion, has remained the same for more than two centuries: Quality. While design, purchasing and sales are still based in the Allgäu, production was relocated to Slovakia in 2002. Mayser built its own factory there and also trains its own staff.
