A meat grinder as it should always be. Neatly heavy and neatly reliable, this model from Jupiter manages even larger quantities still playfully. Because the Wolfgut is not simply pushed through, but actually cut at the cleanly sharpened stainless steel cross knife of the screw. Three perforated discs with coarse, medium and fine perforations are included: for mincing meat, which is freed from sinews and pre-cut into coarse pieces; for preparing raw vegetables and fruit; for mincing hard cheese. A piping pastry attachment is also not missing. A large bowl can be easily placed underneath.
