And as the name (to which the Austrian manufacturer - perhaps due to its proximity to Switzerland - gave a double s) already suggests, these simple but effective wooden massage rollers are designed for the feet. Similar to walking barefoot on soft grass or pebbles, the differently textured surface stimulates muscles, tissue and fascia. To do this, place the Wildfüssler under the sole of your foot, with the branded logo facing outwards, and roll your foot over it from heel to toe for around three minutes. Whether you sit or stand is up to you, and you can also determine the intensity of the pressure yourself by shifting your weight - whatever is most comfortable for you. Thanks to the cone-shaped axis, the entire arch of the foot and all underlying structures can be worked on. The muscles can relax more easily and the massage promotes blood circulation and thus metabolism.

The Wildfüssler are made entirely by hand in a Mühlviertel wood turnery. Ash wood from the region is used, which is milled, finely sanded and oiled after turning. It is therefore easy to clean: Simply rinse under running water; coarser dirt can be removed with a hand brush.

Classic massage, as we enjoy it in massage practices today, has its origins in the early 19th century.
