This marzipan raw mass of Ewald Liedtke consists of a good half of aromatic Mediterranean almonds with their natural, expressive bitter almond content and a third of sugar. The raw mass can serve as an ingredient for opulent Christmas baking and be used to make marzipan potatoes, but it also tastes pure.
