Manufactum cheese slicer

The cheese slicer in its tried and tested form. In our model, you find a small two-prong on the head of the slicer, which can serve as a serving fork. The tightly stretched wire cuts semi-soft to medium-hard cheese in slices of two different thicknesses.

Triangle in the knife city of Solingen has specialized in the production of blade-reinforced kitchen tools since 1946. We have the kitchen helpers of our in-house exclusive series manufactured there according to our specifications - with material-strong functional parts made of stainless steel and neat handles made of smoothed and oiled cherry wood. Where possible, for example with the economy peeler, the fine slicer or the cheese cutter, the blades (or cutting wires) are available as spare parts and can be easily replaced. Another special feature is the suspension hook, which Triangle makes in this form especially for the Manufactum kitchen gadgets.
