Bladed kitchen utensils are the specialty of the family business, which is currently run by the third generation. Typical of the city of blades: They know their way around cutting tools.
This soft cheese slicer impresses with a clean cut. The cutting wire - also made of stainless steel - is firmly clamped into the stainless steel frame and glides smoothly and cleanly through goat's cheese rolls, soft and cream cheese and terrines. You can easily fine-tune the wire tension using the sliding wooden insert in the handle.
