Manufacturer
Ludwig Schröder. High quality leather belts from Uetersen
Belts of exceptional quality are manufactured by the family business Ludwig Schröder in Uetersen, Schleswig-Holstein. The basis is always the best vegetable or pit-tanned cowhide from selected European tanneries. It is never sprayed with dye, but dyed through in the barrel - its surface thus remains structured, lively and natural. Schröder has been in the leather business since 1825: for 140 years, leather was tanned and processed into leather goods in the company's own factory - until 1964, when the leather manufactory gave up its own tannery and specialized in the production of leather goods.
