These products come from a forge that has been run as a family business for over 100 years and is now in its third generation. For 20 years, the company has dedicated itself to the handcrafted production of iron door and window fittings - without losing sight of contemporary manufacturing processes. The basis for this are blanks that can be produced in series with consistent precision using computer-controlled lathes and laser cutting technology. However, the subsequent forging work is done by hand, just as it was 100 years ago. And only then, in open-die forging, do the workpieces reach perfection in the skilled hands of an experienced blacksmith. Both in shape and in color and surface texture, both of which are significantly influenced by the temperature during forging. Finally, after cooling down, the door handles are painted in a specially developed process, which gives them a protective layer against corrosion on the inside that is neither visible nor tangible. The door sets can only be used outdoors with constant care.

You have a choice of lever handles and door knobs and must therefore, unless otherwise described, order all desired covers separately:?either long escutcheons (suitable for room doors with the standard distance of 72 mm between the center of the key and handle hole, which is standard in Germany) or a set of handle and key rosettes, where the standard distance does not matter. Here we offer you the covers for Buntbart locks (normal room key). The door handles have a square of 8 x 8 mm, the window handles a square of 7 x 7 mm. These are the standard sizes for today's interior doors and windows.
