Delicately transparent with soft drape. Light linen voile
A full window length curtain made of an exceptionally light linen voile quality. Usually the material weight of linen voiles is between 140 and 160 g/sqm, our curtain comes with a material weight of only 73 g/sqm for the natural-colored version and 92 g/sqm for the white version. Fine linen yarns (yarn count Nm 36 and Nm 39) are not too tightly woven in plain weave, so the curtain shows the typical clear weave of a voile with particularly delicate transparency. The light fabric with the fine-grained touch and the characterful structure falls softly and causes an equally soft modulation of light. The curtain is ready-made and available in various heights. All edges are hemmed.
Curtains Made of Pure Linen.
Nowadays pure linen quality has become rare. This firm and dense fabric that shows a fine weave structure comes from a traditional weaving mill in the Upper Austrian region Mühlviertel, which knows how to weave a linen that is full yet soft. We offer the curtains ready-made and in different heights. They are lined on all edges. The 10 cm wide lower ornamental hem can be let out. For an even drape, the upper edge is provided with a 5 cm wide curtain tape.
