General Information
This trench coat, which can be used all year round as a transitional coat, we have made from EtaProof®. The moderately waxed fabric is wind and water repellent, yet breathable. The details are classic: The collar can be locked high by storm latch, a back and a shoulder collars front left cover the shoulders and also the sleeve hems are adjustable in width by means of latches and real horn buckles.

This classic women’s trench coat is made of two-ply EtaProof® gabardine woven from combed, extra-long staple cotton. As a between-seasons coat, it can be worn all year round. The storm flaps of the coat‘s distinctively wide stand collar can be buttoned up and secured using the metal buckle. A back yoke and a shoulder yoke in the front left cover the shoulders. The sleeves of the trench coat can be adjusted by means of genuine horn clasps, the waist belt is multi-stitched.

Naturally rainproof: EtaProof®.
EtaProof® is a breathable cotton cloth made by the Zurich-based weaving mill Stotz that uses the protective principle of umbrella silk to keep you dry when the rain isn't coming down in torrents from the sky. The moderately wax-based impregnated fabric is woven so tightly that the fibers swell on contact with moisture and water droplets bead up on the surface. As a natural fiber, EtaProof® naturally cannot and will not compete with synthetic fabrics. With intensive use, the light natural color of the cotton can therefore emerge - this is even desired by many customers, similar to the "used look" that occurs with jeans over time.
