Ladies Textured Sweater

With its lively, three-dimensional striped pattern, this sweater is a real eye-catcher. The seam on the raglan sleeves, which is deliberately closed on the outside, provides an additional visual accent. Lanius makes the sweater from almost identical pieces of virgin wool from controlled organic animal husbandry and controlled organic cotton, which gives it warming, temperature-regulating and skin-friendly properties. It has a high stand-up collar that fits loosely around the neck and no cuffs.

The work of fashion label Lanius is influenced by three factors: first, a style characterised by sophisticated designs and forms, secondly the use of certified raw materials and thirdly the guarantee that all garments have been produced under fair working conditions. Depending on the garment, one factor may get centre stage, but the other factors don’t move out of the focus – however, importance is always attached to outstanding quality both in terms of materials and finish. The label was founded in 1999 by Claudia Lanius, who works on all her ideas and designs in her Cologne studio; she has them developed by her team and then assembled by producers in several countries.
