Ladies parking coat EtaProof®

The outer material of this parka coat with hood is the moderately wax-based, breathable EtaProof®. The parka coat is fastened with a two-way zipper and the turn-up cuffs are fitted with press studs. Two seam pockets with press studs and an inner pocket with a zipper can hold small items for everyday use. A longitudinal dividing seam at the back visually slims the silhouette, while a back slit makes it more comfortable to wear.

EtaProof® is a breathable cotton cloth made by the Zurich-based weaving mill Stotz that uses the protective principle of umbrella silk to keep you dry when the rain isn't coming down in torrents from the sky. The moderately wax-based impregnated fabric is woven so tightly that the fibers swell on contact with moisture and water droplets bead up on the surface. As a natural fiber, EtaProof® naturally cannot and will not compete with synthetic fabrics. With intensive use, the light natural color of the cotton can therefore emerge - this is even desired by many customers, similar to the "used look" that occurs with jeans over time.
