Ladies linen pants stripes

Linen has a cooling effect when worn because it can absorb up to 35 percent of its weight in moisture and transport it away from the body to evaporate. In addition, if it is rather lightly woven - as in the case of these pants - it is pleasantly airy against the skin. In addition to a distinctive pinstripe, the fabric Lanius uses displays the slightly irregular structure typical of linen and the noble crease that is rooted in the strength of the fibers. The straight-cut trousers with wide legs are closed with a zipper and button, a partial elastic waistband increases the wearing comfort. Two side pockets hold small items for everyday use.

The work of fashion label Lanius is influenced by three factors: first, a style characterised by sophisticated designs and forms, secondly the use of certified raw materials and thirdly the guarantee that all garments have been produced under fair working conditions. Depending on the garment, one factor may get centre stage, but the other factors don’t move out of the focus – however, importance is always attached to outstanding quality both in terms of materials and finish. The label was founded in 1999 by Claudia Lanius, who works on all her ideas and designs in her Cologne studio; she has them developed by her team and then assembled by producers in several countries.
