Ladies linen jacket stripes

Lanius makes it from pure linen - the material of choice for the warm season. This is because linen has outstanding moisture-regulating properties. Because it can absorb up to 35% of its weight in moisture and quickly wick it away again, it has a cooling effect on the skin. In addition to the distinctive fine pinstripes, the lightweight fabric has the slightly irregular texture typical of linen and the fine crease caused by the strength of the fibers. The unlined linen jacket has a lapel collar and two side pockets with decorative patch flaps. The cut is comfortable and slightly flared. Thanks to the slits at the cuffs, the sleeves can also be turned up casually.

The work of fashion label Lanius is influenced by three factors: first, a style characterised by sophisticated designs and forms, secondly the use of certified raw materials and thirdly the guarantee that all garments have been produced under fair working conditions. Depending on the garment, one factor may get centre stage, but the other factors don’t move out of the focus – however, importance is always attached to outstanding quality both in terms of materials and finish. The label was founded in 1999 by Claudia Lanius, who works on all her ideas and designs in her Cologne studio; she has them developed by her team and then assembled by producers in several countries.
