Ladies jumpsuit piqué

The jumpsuit is fascinating: Originally developed as workwear for parachutists (hence the name), fashionable variations appeared as early as the 1930s. In the 1960s and 1970s, it even became a symbol of the feminist movement, as it was seen as an expression of equality and independence. In the 1980s, it became a popular disco outfit and has recently experienced another renaissance - although it never really went away. Alma & Lovis has created this jumpsuit with a V-neckline, three-quarter sleeves, a pleat at the waist and a straight, wide leg. A dividing seam at the waist and a tie ribbon made from outer fabric give it shape. Two side pockets can hold small items for everyday use. The material is a soft piqué jersey made of viscose. It has a supple feel and a flowing drape that softly skims the figure. A little elastane makes it more comfortable to wear and ensures it keeps its shape. The jumpsuit has a button and loop at the neck and a slit that extends to the middle of the back.
