Ladies jersey blazer

Elegant blazer in a classic cut: with a straight fit, lapel collar, shaping dividing seam at the back and two inset flap pockets. It fastens with two distinctive real horn buttons. However, the material, which ensures a high level of comfort and freedom of movement, is not quite classic. Lanius makes it from heavy jersey - a particularly heavy interlock jersey that is firmer, has a better grip and is more finely woven and therefore more durable than normal jersey. It also retains its shape well. The fabric is knitted from different materials. Skin-friendly, organically grown cotton and warm, temperature-regulating new wool are used. The breathable viscose lining is pleasantly smooth against the skin and makes it easy to put on and take off. The blazer is versatile and can be worn with formal outfits or integrated into a casual outfit as a chic element.

The work of fashion label Lanius is influenced by three factors: first, a style characterised by sophisticated designs and forms, secondly the use of certified raw materials and thirdly the guarantee that all garments have been produced under fair working conditions. Depending on the garment, one factor may get centre stage, but the other factors don’t move out of the focus – however, importance is always attached to outstanding quality both in terms of materials and finish. The label was founded in 1999 by Claudia Lanius, who works on all her ideas and designs in her Cologne studio; she has them developed by her team and then assembled by producers in several countries.
